At Georgian National University SEU, we take pride in the broad range and high quality of our teaching programs by creating a modern environment that makes realization of personal skills of our students possible. We follow international standards of education, while providing an academic space for facilitating success, building the civil society through national values and realizing the national and international objective of the educational institution in promoting cultural and intellectual awareness. In developing new ideas and promoting lasting knowledge we are creating an academic environment where outstanding students and scholars from around the world can be inspired to excel in their programs of study and research. Established in 2001 and accredited by National Center for Educational Quality Enhancement of Georgia, SEU has continuously grown since its foundation, both in terms of the numbers and the quality. With 8000 students and around 500 faculty and staff it has been able to become the biggest private university in the country and a destination of choice for highly qualified staff and brilliant students, concomitantly succeeding in the development of state-of-the-art environment for a modern learning community.

At present, SEU has 4 faculties and 15 accredited (undergraduate, Master, one-step) educational programs in business, law, social sciences, tourism and medicine. The University is in the process of the development of new educational programs in the field of business, technologies, education, and public administration among others.

Our links with leading institutions allow us to provide students with a highly regarded professional education. Our programs are designed in partnership with employers and respected professionals. Our academics, most of whom have real-world practitioner experience, not only equip students with the practical skills and academic knowledge, but also have the competitive edge to make us to stand out both on education and on employment market. In addition, our Tech & Entrepreneurship Laboratory helps students to unlock their full potential by facilitating turning business ideas into a business project.

In 2007, SEU offered students an impressive new campus that has become a symbol of modern Tbilisi. Since 2018, SEU has developed a new, state-of-the-art and multifunctional campus with outstanding educational and technological resources, training and recreational spaces, which is a qualitatively different concept and has no analogues in Georgia. Computer spaces, conference rooms, laboratories and simulation clinics, sport centers and auditoriums are equipped with the latest eco-inventory and modern technologies.

In 2022, SEU acquired a share in American Hospital Tbilisi (AHT), one of the biggest multi profile hospitals in Georgia corresponding to the JCI standards (Joint Commission International). AHT has become affiliated partner of SEU, meaning that only SEU students have exclusive opportunity to do the practical courses at ATH.

 The quality of services and operations is SEU's focal point. Through the years we have accumulated a wealth of expertise in the field of education both on national and international level.
